The Holgate Community seeks a seasoned executive to lead our marketing and admissions efforts. As EVP of Marketing and Admissions, you will drive census growth and occupancy management for our skilled nursing facility, resident care facility, and HUD apartments.

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as EVP of Marketing and Admissions. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to increase occupancy and census growth across all facilities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement census development strategies to achieve financial goals
  • Lead the admissions department in achieving occupancy targets
  • Collaborate with referral partners to build strong relationships and generate referrals
  • Maintain accurate records of available beds and manage the daily census report
  • Evaluate and adjust admission practices to meet census goals

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • At least 3 years of experience in census development and occupancy management
  • Knowledge of long-term care laws, regulations, and guidelines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
