Key Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving business growth and expansion by building strong relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and marketing to take on a challenging role that requires a unique blend of communication skills, business acumen, and creativity. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Meeting sales outreach targets by actively participating in all parts of the sales cycle
  • Contact list management to ensure effective outreach
  • Executing marketing sequences to enhance brand presence and engage potential clients or partners
  • Participating in professional associations and promoting continuing education courses to expand our network
  • Conducting daily marketing activities to drive business development
  • Actively outreach for referral programs and achieve new user sign-ups
  • Building strong customer relationships and facilitating one-on-one meetings with centers of influence (COIs)
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • 1+ years of sales or marketing experience
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills
  • A working knowledge of current business software technologies
  • A Bachelor's Degree in marketing or business (or equivalent)
  • A valid driver's license

Estimated Salary Range

$18-$25 per hour plus commission
