About the Role
This position involves providing expert guidance and advice to clients in the financial industry, focusing on borrowing and banking solutions. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, presenting tailored solutions, and ensuring effective sales performance while managing operational risk and client care.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and recommend financial solutions aligned with client goals and needs
- Establish and deepen relationships with clients by leveraging the bank's capabilities
- Analyze client financial needs and apply knowledge of borrowing and banking to suggest alternative or additional services
- Engage with clients through outreach and pipeline management activities, ensuring consistent follow-up
- Makes decisions on client requests and refers to internal partners as needed
- Collaborate with financial center leaders and market leaders to provide specialized guidance to associates
Requirements:
- Bilingual Mandarin required
- Proven experience in business-to-business sales and/or small business banking
