Job Summary

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification a plus
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the technology or home services industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
