Role Summary:

  • Gather and evaluate financial data to resolve discrepancies in accounts
  • Conduct monthly reconciliations for various general ledger accounts, including receivables and payables
  • Facilitate essential activities for transaction recording and interaction
  • Support the preparation of financial reports, audits, budgets, and statements
  • Engage in training initiatives and adhere to established regulations and policies
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience
  • Proficient in general ledger maintenance, account analysis, and reconciliation
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to maintain visual and mental focus

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in account reconciliations and financial analysis is advantageous
