Commercial Account Executive

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Account Executive to join our team at Onit. This role involves managing complex sales cycles, building strong relationships with C-level executives, and expanding Onit's footprint within a defined geographic territory.
About the Job:
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving quota in SaaS sales, with experience working in a business/sales development representative role. They will be highly motivated, disciplined, and able to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles, including prospect identification, qualification, product demonstrations, and close.
- Communicate effectively with C-level prospects, stakeholders, and influencers to drive market penetration strategy.
- Attend key trade shows and events to build relationships and expand Onit's presence.
- Work closely with Sales Engineering to develop strategies for custom demos and pre-sales processes.
- Focus on maintaining a robust sales pipeline with 4x coverage against quota.
- Partner with Marketing to follow up on leads, transition opportunities, and provide feedback.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline information in CRM, including forecasts, contact data, and call/meeting history.
Skills/Qualifications:
- 2+ years of SaaS sales experience with a history of achieving quota.
- Previous experience in a Business/Sales Development Representative role is a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment with multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong analytical skills, with ability to think outside the box to solve problems.
- Experience using Salesforce.com, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Estimated Salary:
$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on experience and location.
