Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Collection Agent to join our team at Everon. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for collecting past due accounts, negotiating payment arrangements, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and process past due accounts, including National, 1-Touch, and 1-Touch + accounts
  • Negotiate payment arrangements with customers and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Review and analyze customer account information to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Escalate slow-pay issues to upper management as needed
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or equivalent preferred
  • Two to three years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or collections
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
