Position Summary

The Service Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the service office, providing essential support to mechanics, supervisors, and customers through various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage mechanic labor entries in the automated timekeeping system.
  • Draft quotes, memos, and correspondence as needed.
  • Handle incoming calls for the Service department and route them appropriately.
  • Maintain and update the standard job management system.
  • Process warranty claims and manage all related documentation.
  • Research and provide repair information to customers and staff.
  • Oversee the handling of service-related mail, including delivery and collection.
  • Manage purchase order processing.
  • Supervise daily operations of the Service office.
  • Update and maintain the Service Procedure Manual and Standards of Performance.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in maintaining sell rates for various divisions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Compensation
