**Key Responsibilities**

• Lead and manage a team of retail sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service

• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction

• Manage store operations, including inventory, visual merchandising, and store maintenance

• Analyze sales data and make informed decisions to drive business growth

• Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives

**Requirements**

• High school education required, some college preferred

• 1 year of retail management experience, 1 year of management experience preferred

• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours, carry up to 40 pounds, climb and balance on ladders, bend at the waist, lift up to 40 pounds, kneel and squat on the ground, reach above the shoulder frequently

**Work Schedule**

Assistant Store Managers are required to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with the possibility of working more hours during peak periods. They may be required to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
