Job Title: Licensed Insurance Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Staff My Agency. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Market and sell insurance products to new and existing customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Work closely with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track sales performance and customer interactions

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales experience in the insurance industry or a related field
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and achieving business growth
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
  • Life & Health license (must be able to obtain)

Working with Us:

State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm Insurance Companies. This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. State Farm agents control which licensing requirements and training programs are offered or must be successfully completed by their employees.
