This pivotal role involves leading a multi-faceted team through the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept to final construction. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers in the design and development of sustainable building systems.
  • Collaborate with project managers to strategize budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their technical skills and professional development.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve building performance and reduce environmental impact.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of hands-on experience in the AEC industry, specializing in HVAC design.
  • Active PE license to validate technical expertise.
  • Strong command of industry-standard software, including Revit, AutoCAD, Trane Trace, IES, and MS Office Suite.
  • Proven ability to inspire and motivate a team, cultivating a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
