Receptionist

The Receptionist is a vital member of the Southeastern College team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to students, faculty, and staff. This is a full-time position that requires daytime availability and occasional weekend work.
Key Responsibilities- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages and forwarding them to the appropriate individuals.
- Provide a warm and welcoming environment for visitors, ensuring a positive first impression of the college.
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area, ensuring a comfortable and professional atmosphere.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
