Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Hendrick Honda Collision Center. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering phone calls, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Greet customers as they enter the lobby or service area, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Schedule estimate appointments and check customers in at drop-off
  • Collect payments at pickup and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in required training and maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area
  • Follow company policies and procedures, as well as federal, state, and local safety regulations
Requirements
  • Previous customer service or administrative experience in a high-volume environment
  • Strong organizational skills and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand and follow instructions, as well as communicate effectively with customers and company personnel
  • Basic computer skills to utilize the timekeeping system and Microsoft Office products
