About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team at Peaksware. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in accelerating revenue and business growth by identifying and building meaningful relationships with potential customers in the tactical community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and communicate with prospects that fit our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • Initiate and maintain contact with prospects through various communication channels
  • Develop a deep understanding of the needs and desired outcomes of prospects and tailor product offerings to address those needs effectively
  • Lead demos with prospective customers, providing them with information and resources tailored to their needs
  • Educate prospects on our products and services, highlighting the specific benefits
  • Handle objections and identify opportunities to demonstrate value to prospects
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal negotiations and close
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in the tactical community as a coach and/or operator
  • A firm understanding of the government's procurement process
  • Strong relationships in the tactical market with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Proficient problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a bias toward making data-driven decisions
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills and results-driven
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both written and verbal mediums
  • Strong organizational skills, able to prioritize tasks appropriately and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-starter, with a proven ability to take ownership of assignments while working closely with others in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
