We are seeking a Property Manager to work independently at multiple locations, managing customer storage needs and daily business operations. The ideal candidate will have customer service experience in sales environments, including retail, restaurant, or fast food, and a valid driver's license and own vehicle for travel between work locations and/or conducting work-related business.
Main Responsibilities:- Assess customer storage needs and sell packing and moving supplies
- Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability
- Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits
- Remind and collect payments from customers when due
- Transport and lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds
- Walk in/around facilities for up to 50% of the time, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
- Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds/curb appeal
- Customer service experience in sales environments, including retail, restaurant, or fast food
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle for travel between work locations and/or conducting work-related business
- Flexible and full-time schedules between 9:30am - 6pm (weekends until 5pm)
- Full-time benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and paid time off, after working an average of 20+ hours
- Mileage reimbursement for travel between properties or work-related tasks
- On-site company housing at some locations, after meeting performance and tenure requirements
- Performance-based bonuses for our Property Managers
