Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our customers. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, offering prompt and professional service via phone, email, live chat, or in-person. You will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction by ensuring that their needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions to their queries.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify customer issues and resolve them in a timely manner or escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to answer customer questions accurately.
  • Order Processing: Assist with placing orders, tracking shipments, and providing updates on order status.
  • Administrative Tasks: Support customer service operations by managing records, updating customer profiles, and handling basic office tasks.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, logistics) to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to think critically and resolve customer concerns with a positive attitude.
