Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Echo Cardiographer to join our team at Doctors Hospital of Augusta. As a key member of our Cardiopulmonary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Perform accurate and coordinated echocardiograms, vascular work, transesophageal echo, pacemaker analysis, and exercise echo procedures.
  • Conduct two-dimensional ultrasonic recordings for the diagnosis of cardiac disease.
  • Participate in quality improvement activities and contribute to the development of best practices in echocardiography.
  • Assist with stress testing and other non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostic testing.
Requirements
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, Registered Cardiac Sonographer, or Magnetic Resonance Imaging certification.
