Cardiac Sonographer PRN Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiac Sonographer PRN to join our team at Doctors Hospital of Augusta. As an Echo Cardiographer, you will be responsible for performing high-quality echocardiograms, including 2D/M-Mode, Doppler, and Stress Echocardiograms. You will also be responsible for transporting patients to and from the department for testing, as needed.
Responsibilities- Perform high-quality echocardiograms, including 2D/M-Mode, Doppler, and Stress Echocardiograms.
- Transport patients to and from the department for testing, as needed.
- Assist in performing other duties in the diagnostic cardiology department, such as EKGs, Holter Monitoring, and Stress Testing.
- Keep accurate records for cleaning and maintaining equipment.
- Graduate of an accredited school of cardiovascular sonography.
- A current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider certification.
- Registered Cardiac Sonographer, or Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, or Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), or Registered Cardiac Sonographer.
