Senior Project Manager in Commercial Construction

Position Overview:
We are in search of a highly qualified and driven Project Manager to become a vital part of our dynamic construction team. This role presents a unique chance to engage in all phases of our commercial construction projects. The successful candidate will be accountable for managing every aspect of our construction projects, from initial planning through to final completion, ensuring they are executed efficiently and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all stages of the project lifecycle, from conceptualization and budgeting to project closeout.
- Coordinating and supervising construction personnel and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety protocols.
- Creating detailed project schedules and tracking progress to guarantee timely project delivery.
- Utilizing project management tools to monitor project performance and resource allocation effectively.
- Conducting risk assessments to mitigate project risks and developing contingency strategies as needed.
- Ensuring all work adheres to local and national building codes and safety regulations.
- Maintaining effective communication with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to foster strong relationships and ensure project success.
- Preparing comprehensive reports regarding project status, budget, and timelines.
- Proactively identifying and addressing any issues that may affect project scope, schedule, or budget.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in managing commercial construction projects.
- Demonstrated experience in handling design-build, ground-up, and fit-out projects.
- Strong understanding of construction management processes, methodologies, and techniques.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Thorough knowledge of building and safety regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance.
- Expertise in project scheduling and the capability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Strong analytical skills and the capacity to make informed decisions under pressure.
- A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
