Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and driven Project Manager to oversee our commercial construction projects. This role involves managing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion of projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee all phases of project management from initial planning and budgeting through to project completion.
  2. Coordinate and manage construction teams and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety protocols.
  3. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, monitoring progress to ensure timely delivery.
  4. Utilize project management tools to track performance and resource allocation effectively.
  5. Conduct risk assessments to mitigate potential project risks and create contingency plans as needed.
  6. Ensure adherence to local and national building codes and safety regulations throughout the project.
  7. Maintain effective communication with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to foster strong relationships and ensure project success.
  8. Prepare comprehensive reports on project status, budget, and timelines for internal and external stakeholders.
  9. Identify and resolve issues that may affect project scope, schedule, or budget proactively.

Qualifications:
  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
  2. Demonstrated experience in managing design-build, ground-up, and fit-out projects.
  3. Strong understanding of construction management processes and methodologies.
  4. Proficient in project management software.
  5. In-depth knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
  6. Expertise in project scheduling and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  7. Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
  8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to make informed decisions under pressure.
  9. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
