Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee all phases of project management from initial planning through to project completion.

Qualifications:
  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
  2. Demonstrated experience in managing design-build, ground-up, and fit-out projects.
  3. Strong understanding of construction management processes and methodologies.
  4. Proficient in project management software.
  5. In-depth knowledge of building and safety codes, ensuring compliance.
  6. Expertise in project scheduling and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  7. Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
  8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to make informed decisions under pressure.
  9. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
