Position Overview:
We are in search of a dedicated and skilled Project Manager to oversee our commercial construction projects. This role involves managing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee all phases of project management from initial planning through to project completion.
  2. Coordinate and supervise construction teams and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety protocols.

  4. Utilize project management tools to track performance and manage resources efficiently.

Qualifications:
  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
  2. Demonstrated experience in managing design-build, ground-up, and fit-out projects.
  3. Strong understanding of construction management processes and methodologies.
  4. Proficient in project management software.
  5. In-depth knowledge of building and safety codes, ensuring compliance.
  6. Expertise in project scheduling and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  7. Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
  8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to make informed decisions under pressure.
  9. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
