Position Overview

All Med Search is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to provide exceptional patient care in a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive respiratory assessments and implement appropriate interventions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Educate patients and their families on respiratory health and management.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and serve as a clinical resource for colleagues.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols to protect patient well-being.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate must possess:

  • A valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license in Texas.
  • A minimum of an Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy.
  • 2-3 years of experience in an acute care hospital environment, particularly in critical care.
Work Schedule

This role requires availability for night shifts with differential pay and rotating weekends.
