Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective food safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of dietary service employees, including training and development programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with the dietitian to ensure that resident diet cards are up-to-date and accurate, and that special dietary needs are met.

Requirements:
- Current certification as a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or equivalent.
