All Med Search is seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to enhance our healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive respiratory care evaluations and implement necessary interventions.
- Assess and monitor patient outcomes to ensure optimal care delivery.
- Provide education to patients regarding respiratory health and treatment options.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and act as a clinical resource for fellow staff members.
- Prioritize patient safety in all aspects of care.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) in Texas.
- A minimum of an Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy.
- 2-3 years of experience in critical care within an acute care hospital setting.
This role requires flexibility to work night shifts with differential pay and rotating weekends.
