All Med Search is seeking a Licensed Respiratory Therapist to provide exceptional care in a healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive respiratory evaluations and implement necessary interventions.
- Assess the effectiveness of care and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and their families on respiratory health and management.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and serve as a resource for clinical staff.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standards for patient care.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification.
- Valid licensure in the state of Texas.
- Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy.
- 2-3 years of experience in an acute care hospital setting, particularly in critical care.
This role requires flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends, with additional compensation for these hours.
