Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth in the Commercial/Corporate Catering sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hospitality and catering sales, with a strong ability to develop and execute sales strategies, manage client relationships, and expand market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and enhance market presence within the catering industry.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients and industry partners, understanding their needs and providing customized catering solutions.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, adapting sales strategies to align with market demands and emerging trends.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing detailed reports and presenting findings to senior management.
- Develop and negotiate contracts and proposals with clients, ensuring alignment with company standards and client expectations.
- Work closely with the operations and culinary teams to ensure seamless execution of catering services and address client concerns or feedback.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the brand and generate new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- History of sales experience in catering, both corporate and commercial.
- Proven track record in hospitality and catering events.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends for strategic decision-making.
