Year Up United Careers offers a one-year intensive job training program for young adults, providing in-classroom skill development, access to internships and job placement services, and personalized coaching. Participants also receive an educational stipend.

The program combines technical and professional training with internship opportunities at leading organizations like BNY Mellon, Fidelity, and Bank of America.

To be eligible, applicants must be 18-29 years old, a high school graduate or GED recipient, eligible to work in the U.S., available Monday-Friday throughout the program duration, highly motivated to learn, and not have obtained a Bachelor's degree.

During the program, participants gain professional business and communication skills, interviewing and networking skills, resume building, and ongoing support to launch their careers. Some coursework is eligible for college credit.

Participants earn an educational stipend of $525 per week during the internship phase. In-depth classes cover various topics, including application development, business fundamentals, customer success, and investment operations.

Upon graduation, 80% of participants are employed and/or enrolled in postsecondary education within four months, with an average starting salary of $53,000 per year.
