Senior Structural Engineer

Our purpose is to create solutions to industry challenges, from testing labs to fire investigation. As a Senior Structural Engineer - Property Intelligence Specialist, you will play a key role in achieving this goal.

About the Role

This is a remote civil engineer job that requires conducting site studies, writing technical reports, and providing customer service. You will also have the opportunity to provide expert testimony on occasion.

The ideal candidate will have a BS degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, be registered as an active Professional Engineer (P.E.) in New Jersey, and have 2-3 years of experience in failure analysis or related fields.

You should be proficient in Microsoft Office and have strong technical writing abilities. A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is also required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Site Studies evaluating damages to building materials or components for Residential and Commercial Structures
  • Write Technical Reports providing detailed findings and conclusions related to a completed site investigation
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
  • Occasionally provide expert testimony or depositions as needed
