Healthcare Operations Manager

El Centro Family Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our medical clinic. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising Clinic Receptionists and Medical Records/Referrals staff, ensuring the efficient processing of patient payments, and maintaining accurate and timely reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage Clinic Receptionists and Medical Records/Referrals staff
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of patient payments and billing
- Prepare and maintain reports, including financial and operational data
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and company data
- Collaborate with Regional Administrator to achieve clinic goals and objectives
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- One year of management and customer service experience in a related field
- Three years of experience in managing a healthcare office or related facility (preferred)
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications:
- AA Degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent academic study
- Experience with medical terminology and health insurance claims, Medicaid, and Medicare
