Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Manager to lead our medical practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare operations and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day clinic operations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of patient care.
  • Oversee the review and management of clinic expenses and financial performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient enrollment and retention.
  • Provide patient and family education on self-management, prevention, and wellness.
  • Monitor discharge lists and follow up with patients as needed.
  • Establish and maintain a warm and welcoming atmosphere for patients and staff.
  • Hold regular meetings with clinic staff to keep them informed and engaged.
