Job Summary: The Clinical Team Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the activities of our clinical teams, ensuring that standards for quality of care, patient satisfaction, and patient safety are maintained. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the activities of our clinical teams
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and quality of care
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address them
  • Provide training and support to clinical staff on new procedures and policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
  • Current unencumbered New York State Registered Nurse license
  • Minimum 2 years' experience practicing as a Registered Nurse
  • Previous supervisory or teaching experience preferred
  • Outpatient ambulatory care experience preferred

Compensation: $95,000-$110,000 per year
