About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Coordinator to join our team at New Hope Fertility Center Manhattan. This is a full-time position with an estimated salary range of $47,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

As a Clinical Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating infertility diagnostic tests and treatment plans between patients and physicians. You will also educate and guide patients on IVF procedures, treatment protocols, medications, and injections.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3 years of experience in healthcare. They will also possess strong communication skills, excellent work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Educate patients on IVF procedures, treatment protocols, medications, and injections
  • Counsel patients on infertility treatment protocols
  • Telephone triage with patients regarding medication, treatment plans, and test results
  • Coordinate infertility diagnostic tests and treatment plans between patients and physicians
  • Responsible for ongoing communication between Physician and patient
  • Daily communication with providers on patient-related issues and findings
