About the Role

The Healthcare Team Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring the effective operation of our healthcare team. This includes providing administrative and clinical oversight to ensure that all activity supports the goals of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide input into the management and retention of qualified staff.
  • Evaluate nursing staff performance and mentor, coach, counsel, and discipline as needed.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to ensure communication with staff about progress, changes, and compliance with all hospital policies and procedures.
Qualifications

This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, with a strong understanding of hospital policies and procedures. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree and 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience with some Charge Nurse/supervisory experience preferred.
