Clinical Coordinator Specialist

Temple Health is seeking a skilled Nurse Management Professional to join our team. As a Clinical Coordinator Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of nursing services to patients across the organization. Your expertise will ensure adequate nursing staff through the management of nursing staff resources. You will facilitate and coordinate bed assignments within the hospital, directing and collaborating with department managers to expedite patient movement. Additionally, you will assist Directors of Nursing and Nurse Managers in continuous staff development, human resource management, and promoting quality care.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate nursing services to patients across the organization
- Manage nursing staff resources to ensure adequate staffing
- Facilitate and coordinate bed assignments within the hospital
- Collaborate with department managers to expedite patient movement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an Acute Care setting
- General experience in a clinical management role
