Company Overview: Beatclub is a prominent digital and physical distribution entity, collaborating with innovative labels and artists within the independent music landscape. Our operations span multiple locations, providing extensive support to the art community through transparency, creativity, and expertise.

Position Summary: This position plays a crucial role in managing our distributor partnerships across the United States and Canada, with a primary emphasis on order fulfillment and inventory management. The Sales Coordinator will engage with a diverse range of distributed labels to establish sales expectations and deliver insightful reporting throughout various campaigns. This role involves comprehensive account management, including order processing, inventory oversight, and exclusive offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee domestic wholesale and retail accounts
  • Coordinate inventory and logistics for new releases with assigned accounts
  • Collaborate with labels and internal teams to define sales expectations for new releases
  • Ensure efficient processes with warehouse and sales representatives, particularly for new releases and timely catalog management
  • Assist the sales team in stock allocations for limited products
  • Communicate campaign expectations and results to labels for your accounts

Essential Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities are vital.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Ability to cultivate genuine relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • A passion for music and familiarity with Beatclub's labels is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in customer service or retail is beneficial.
  • Prior office experience is a plus.
