Job Summary:

This role is responsible for assessing new and existing regulatory, ethics, and privacy issues to determine implications and develop practical solutions. The Compliance Program Administrator I will execute and manage compliance and governance matters through implementation, assessing compliance through various methods, including auditing and monitoring, and conducting root-cause analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate operations, regulatory initiatives, and legislation that impacts the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess the business impact of state and federal regulations and mandates
Work with business area staff, Compliance Oversight Committee, and Legal Counsel to define and document requirements for implementation
Research, interpret, and communicate regulation requirements to internal customers
Develop and execute compliance communication tools and training programs to ensure continued compliance
Assess potential non-compliance vulnerabilities and provide practical business recommendations for corrections
Develop and manage analysis to promote and ensure compliance across the corporation

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related area with a minimum of five years of related experience or compliance training
Extensive knowledge of regulatory initiatives and legislation that impacts the organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proven project management/implementation skills required
Ability to follow up on customer inquiries promptly and accurately
