Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Tax Administrator to join our team in Rochester, NY. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and organizing tax records, preparing and filing tax documents, and assisting with tax compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or certificate in accounting, finance, or a related field and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. This is a full-time, onsite position, requiring the candidate to be present in Rochester, NY.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and file tax documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain and organize tax records, including digital and physical files.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns and reports for various tax filings.
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submission of tax filings.
  • Support the tax team in audits and tax-related inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for tax purposes.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations.
