About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to manage lead generation, business development, revenue operations, growth strategy, new client acquisition and relations, revenue-related process improvement, and ad hoc strategic initiatives.

  • This is a remote contract position requiring 10am-6pm ET availability. US-based, long-term potential exists for exceptional performers.
  • Candidates should have 15+ years senior-level experience in revenue operations, P&L management, business development, new client acquisition, and client relations within top-tier management consulting and private equity / venture capital firms.

The successful candidate will drive client relations, business development, and growth strategy; lead revenue operations and strategy; improve sales-related internal processes; and oversee revenue-related administrative and operational functions across the firm.

Success-based compensation for the initial evaluation period is capped at $7,500. Exceptional performers may be considered for long-term leadership or partnership roles.

Responsibilities
  1. In the first month, secure cleared payment for at least one new client engagement with a minimum contract value of $50,000.
  2. Ongoing responsibilities include managing client relations, business development, and growth strategy; leading revenue operations and strategy; improving sales-related internal processes; overseeing revenue-related administrative and operational functions; and proposing and implementing process improvements and strategic initiatives.

A high EQ and strong critical thinking skills are essential for this role. The ideal candidate has experience working with decision-makers and possesses a deep understanding of the management consulting and private equity / venture capital industries.
