Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Maintenance: Assist in maintaining accurate and correct financial records through the preparation, review, and maintenance of financial information.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements, including bank reconciliations and other account reconciliations, and post journal entries for assigned companies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with team members in treasury and accounts payable to ensure accurate reporting and coordinate with team members at assigned communities to ensure completeness of financials.
  • Financial Analysis: Assist in managing the close process to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial information provided to management and external users.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and own process improvements for related areas of responsibility.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting policies and assist in chart of accounts maintenance.
  • Information Requests: Respond to information requests from internal and external sources.
