Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a State Farm Agent Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and providing them with tailored solutions to meet their insurance and financial service needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of State Farm's insurance and financial service products to effectively educate customers and identify opportunities to meet their needs.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication, follow-up, and follow-through on customer needs and concerns.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to identify opportunities to meet customers' insurance and financial service needs.
  • Develop and execute plans to market State Farm's insurance and financial service products to customers and prospects.
  • Collaborate with the State Farm Agent to identify and pursue business opportunities and to develop and implement strategies to meet business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
Compensation:

$35,000 - $49,000 per year, plus commission and bonus opportunities.
