About the Role

At Stellar Enterprises, we are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the implementation of our HR Service Management tool. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of HR transformation and strengthen the role and added value of HR for the entire organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan for the HR Service Management tool implementation, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Provide consulting services to country organizations, helping them to optimize their HR processes and improve service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Lidl country organizations, central departments, and Schwarz IT, to ensure seamless integration and coordination.
  • Design and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of HR Service Management and drive data-driven decision making.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including HR employees, business leaders, and IT teams.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, with a focus on agile methodologies and tool implementation.
  • Strong background in human resources or shared service centers, with a deep understanding of HR processes and service delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and coordination.
  • Fluency in English and German, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
