This role encompasses both on-site and community engagement, requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week. The primary focus is to assist residents, staff, and community collaborators. Responsibilities include aiding residents in various aspects of securing and maintaining their housing, such as furnishing their living spaces, ensuring cleanliness, and upholding community regulations that foster housing stability. The position entails oversight of the building during daytime and/or evening hours.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist and mentor residents in achieving their housing objectives, including completing housing applications and facilitating apartment viewings.
- Ensure a welcoming, nurturing, clean, and safe environment for all residents.
- Act as a valuable resource, ready to support staff or residents in mentoring roles or during challenging situations.
- Exhibit an understanding of the unique needs of residents and provide appropriate guidance and coaching based on their developmental stages.
REQUIREMENTS:
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Experience in mental health and substance abuse systems is advantageous. Participation in mandatory training and ongoing education is required. Basic computer and word processing skills are essential.
