Job Summary: As a Finance Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial management and reporting for our location. Collaborating with the leadership team, you will develop strategic action plans aimed at enhancing financial performance. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in finance and accounting, with a strong understanding of how financial principles relate to operational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain precise and efficient organization of financial records and archives.
  • Foster and sustain strong relationships with clients, guests, subcontractors, and team members.
  • Act as a liaison among various teams to ensure seamless operational performance.
  • Ensure timely completion of departmental reports and compilation of information for month-end closing.
  • Oversee adherence to Levy guidelines as outlined in training materials and employee handbooks.
  • Achieve financial service goals by completing assigned objectives.
  • Manage payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely submission of payroll information.
  • Verify the accuracy of sales reports and financial statements prior to distribution.
  • Regularly communicate financial results to management.
  • Provide targeted financial analysis as needed.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members in accordance with Levy standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years in a finance or accounting role.
  • Operational experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
  • A degree in business or CPA certification is preferred.
  • High level of proficiency in computer applications.
  • Passion for hospitality, food, and retail.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours based on event schedules.
