Job Title: Microsoft Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Finance Manager to join our team at RSM Canada Operations ULC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of client implementation projects, including project planning, project management, project governance, solution architecture, and direct management of implementation teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SC projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and implementation teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement D365 F&SC and integrations into clients' existing or external systems.
  • Ensure the management and documentation of business and system processes are captured and managed through the use of Microsoft cloud-based tools.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.

Requirements:

  • ~8-10 years of hands-on software implementation experience with Microsoft D365 Finance and Supply Chain or previous versions.
  • ~Experience in successful contribution to 5 or more Microsoft D365 F&SC implementations.
  • ~Previous project lead or manager experience with at least 3 (three) full lifecycle Microsoft D365 Finance and Supply Chain implementation projects.
  • ~Experience with Microsoft ERP methodologies or similar software implementation methodologies.
  • ~Experience with DevOps and/or Microsoft Project Plan.
  • ~Understanding of ERP software implementation project life cycles and methodologies.
  • ~Deep knowledge in core business processes such as Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, and Plan to Produce.
  • ~Minimum of at least 2 (two) Microsoft D365 F&SC certifications (Finance preferred).
  • ~Superior organizational, writing, interpersonal, and communication skills, attention to details, ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines.
  • ~Prior experience working in retail, food and beverage, life sciences, manufacturing, or business services.
  • ~Degree in Computer Science, Business, MIS, or a related field.
