Job Title: French Bilingual Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SC Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced French bilingual Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SC Manager to join our team in Canada. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering successful client projects, managing project planning, project management, project governance, solution architecture, and direct management of implementation teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships with clients and RSM team members based on support, trust, consistency, and accountability.
  • Act as a career advisor to support the talent experience through attention to advisee development, performance, and personal priorities.
  • Assist with the growth and development of our North American practice through the delivery of successful projects.
  • Responsible for aligning to RSM's delivery methodology to manage projects, teams, and relationships.
  • Assist with design and implementation of D365 F&SC and integrations into client's existing or external systems.
  • Work with the team to utilize Lifecycle Services to manage functional and technical aspects of a D365 F&SC implementation.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving application and data integrity issues.
  • Work collaboratively with a team encompassing many different backgrounds and experience levels.
  • Ensure the management and documentation of business and system processes are captured and managed through the use of Microsoft cloud-based tools.
  • Train key users on the core job functions.
  • Identify and link functional and technical requirements to deliver an end-to-end solution.
Qualifications:
  • French bilingual.
  • 8-10 years of hands-on software implementation experience with Microsoft D365 Finance and Supply Chain or previous versions.
  • Experience in successful contribution to 5 or more Microsoft D365 F&SC implementations.
  • Previous project lead or manager experience with at least 3 (three) full lifecycle Microsoft D365 Finance and Supply Chain implementation projects.
  • Experience with Microsoft ERP methodologies or similar software implementation methodologies.
  • Experience with DevOps and/or Microsoft Project Plan.
  • Understanding of ERP software implementation project life cycles and methodologies.
  • Deep knowledge in core business processes such as Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, and Plan to Produce.
  • Minimum of at least 2 (two) Microsoft D365 F&SC certifications (Finance preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and contribute to the consulting team, the client team, as well as develop strong working relationships with clients.
  • Relevant, hands-on work-related experience working in a consulting environment.
  • Desire to learn, grow, and exceed both management and client expectations.
  • Superior organizational, writing, interpersonal, and communication skills, attention to details, ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines.
  • Prior experience working in retail, food and beverage, life sciences, manufacturing, or business services.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Business, MIS, or a related field.

The salary range for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions, including education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.

Compensation Range: $101,500 - $172,500
