Key Responsibilities
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent is required; coursework in a related field is advantageous.
- Previous experience in hospitality or a similar environment is preferred.

- Ability to multitask, pay attention to detail, and resolve issues effectively.
- Strong communication skills to convey information clearly.
- Quick decision-making skills to evaluate options accurately.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with guests and colleagues in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, adhering to uniform policies.
- Ensure regular attendance in line with company standards and scheduling needs.
- Comply with all company policies and regulations to promote safe and efficient operations.
- Greet and assist guests at the Front Desk, maintaining a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage the telephone switchboard effectively, meeting performance standards.
- Handle inquiries regarding hotel services, facilities, and local attractions courteously.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
- Stay informed about rates, packages, and special promotions.
- Gather necessary information for room reservations and follow established procedures.
- Be knowledgeable about emergency procedures and assist as required.
- Facilitate check-ins and check-outs in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Operate all relevant Front Desk systems competently.
- Ensure the proper logging and delivery of packages and messages to guests.
- Utilize two-way radio communication etiquette when interacting with colleagues.
- Deliver requested items to guests, such as luggage and amenities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property amenities and local events.
- Perform additional duties as assigned, contributing to a clean and organized work environment.
