Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
1. Provide outstanding customer service and act as a liaison between clients, visitors, vendors, and Pathways staff.
2. Manage essential front office tasks, including:
a. Answering multi-line phone systems
b. Checking in clients and visitors for their appointments
c. Conducting reminder calls and rescheduling appointments
d. Performing insurance verifications
e. Scheduling interpreter services and making transportation arrangements
f. Collecting co-pays and sorting mail.
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- Administrative office experience, particularly in handling multi-line phones, data entry, and appointment scheduling.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Electronic Health Records.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Eligibility for fingerprint clearance approval without restrictions, which must be maintained throughout employment.
- A valid driver's license without restrictions and current auto insurance.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification or the ability to obtain it.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.
