Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide mental health advocacy and navigation to participants in need of higher levels of care.
  • Facilitate referrals and assist participants with securing appointments for short-term EAP counseling.
  • Assist with referrals to other employer-sponsored health management resources, when appropriate.
