Front Desk Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests or clients and answer questions they may have about policies we offer.
- Answer all incoming calls, redirect them if needed, or keep messages.
- Receive letters, packages, etc., and have them organized in our files.
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels, etc.
- Check, sort, respond to, and forward emails.
- Keep updated records and files organized.
- Prior front desk experience is not required but is a plus.
- Reliable and punctual in keeping up with the office hours of operation.
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g., fax, printer, etc.).
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities as well as a keen eye for detail.
- Fast typing is highly preferred.
- Spanish speaking is not required but is a plus.
- Team player.
