Job Overview: As an Account Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients' needs and ensuring seamless account operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process account maintenance requests, including updates to client information and account settings.
  2. Review and verify account opening documents, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service and support, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex account issues and implement process improvements.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring data integrity and security.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in account operations or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and database management software.

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
