Job Overview: As an Account Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients' needs and ensuring seamless account operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process account maintenance requests, including updates to client information and account settings.
- Review and verify account opening documents, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex account issues and implement process improvements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring data integrity and security.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in account operations or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and database management software.
Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
